faq

who?

Who am I?

My name is Justin Wilcox.

I run CustomerDevLabs.com, which has helped hundreds of thousands of founders understand how to do customer development.

why?

Why am I teaching this?

I've started a new company, which means I have less time travel and teach.

That said, I spent years perfecting workshops to teach founders how to interview their customers. I don't want that work to go to waste - I'd much rather give it to teachers like you to use, and improve!

How?

How do I attend?

This is a Digital Workshop, meaning it's an online, interactive session. You'll be sent a URL shortly before the workshop begins.

Note: please plan to attend via a laptop. The workshop experience is not mobile-optimized.

Recorded?

Will it be recorded?

Yes, the workshop will be recorded. Anyone who has registered will get access to the recording.
